• ARK gives you a significant sample of feature modules to start mastering your data harvesting, for practical and economical benefits of Data Analytics and planning of Finanicals, Husbandry Management. And to assess with the help of your Accountant, Advisors and Service providers, with report generation features in the modules.
• ORION Package Plan
• Orion stacks on top of ARK to offer the Actions module so that Field gps mapping and Tasks expand for best practises, and accurate time and resourcs management, along with Auto Weather, Forage & Crop\Grazing Rotations, Weighing, Staff and Soil Analysis, complete with Report Generation Visualisation and Analysis. Along with a Scheduler for Staff and Industry Services bookings. The 365 Planner contains features to linearly map out work and projects visually, with dependencies and percentage completion.

• Andromeda stacks on top of Orion to offer Telemetry with an Satellite Analysis service, to identify GPS marked out Fields/Sheds/Yards: Crops and Vegetation conditions (health and nutrient content), This is achieved by processing daily to monthly Satellite Telemetry Data imagery, such that your crops and field conditions can be monitored as a function of almost real-time observational data, sent to the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to monitor, analyse and quantify. • Milkway stacks on top of the aformentioned packages to offer a feature complete package, with a Commodities Analysis feature of the fundamental Commodities and currencies spot prices and data, for concise referencing, that come with charting and report generation.

The Enterprise Package Plans are designed for Staff Members adding to your Ecosystem, that includes the MILKWAY Package as standard.

If you are a Large Agrarian, Industry Holding or Institute with many Staff Members and students, Enterprise account is more beneficial. The Enterprise package plans allow you to effortlessly add staff members by using their email address that they have pre-registered with EFARMX (Signed Up by selecting the Staff Member Position). As the Owner, you then Add Staff Members by inputting their email address and selecting their Position.
You will have access to your Staff Members that you can create and assign tasks to them, along with your Staff Members creating job assignments by themselves in their access levels roles. You can configure any combination of staff members' role you so choose.

Yes, VAT is charged on top of all Subscription package prices. Here is how it works:

The 23% VAT rate applies to the online subscription based software product to customers in Ireland. If a customer is in the EU and provides their VAT registration number, then Zero VAT rate applies. 23% VAT rate applies to all other EU customers. Zero VAT rate applies to all other International customers, i.e. UK, North and South America, Australia, New Zealand...

If you are VAT Registered within Ireland or the EU as a Sole Trader entity, Business or Limited Company, enter your Business details and VAT Registration Number in the Sign Up Page, the Invoice will then account for Net, VAT and Total values to Reclaim your VAT back if you are in Ireland, for the EU, VAT will be paid effectively when you input your VAT Registration number, then Zero VAT rate will apply on the generated Invoice on payment checkout. This will apply to each billing cycle payment.

If you are not VAT registered within Ireland or within the European Union Member states, you will be charged VAT.

EFARMX allows you to create and interact with the Package Plan you choose, with a free trail for One Month, before the subscription charge applies. Make sure you are acquainted with all the software entity modules and their attributes and FEATURES of the EFARMX Data Harvesting Ecosystem^TM before the free trail ends.

The difference between these payments is the billing cycle and the price. Each package plan gives you access to the EFARMX Ecosystem service anytime as long as the subscription is valid.

The Monthly subscription gives all the advantages of the EFARMX Ecosystem and is easier to fit into your monthly cashflow projections.

The Yearly subscription is a standard agreement on a year-to-year basis that is the perfect solution for the majority of individuals and businesses that are using the EFARMX Ecosystem on a regular basis.  The annual option will save you the most money and time in the long run. With a 10% yearly discount with respect to monthly.

When registering, and after the One month free trail ends, your account subscribes to EFarmX Ltd services that allow automatic\recurring charges on a monthly or yearly billing cycle basis depending on the package you choose. The recurring charge for the services will coincide with the initial package plan fee.

If you downgrade your account in the Settings page after the free trail, any remaining subscription balance will be retained by EFarmX Ltd, until the subscription has ended.

If you delete your account in the Settings page, any remaining subscription balance will be retained by EFarmX Ltd, once the subscription has ended, you will not be charged again.

If you remove your subscription in the Settings page, you will not have access to any entities that you have created, and you will be downgraded to a Staff Member. All of your Staff Members will be removed as well. However, if you are registered with another Owner Client(s) account as a Staff Member, then you will still have alocated access to their entities as their staff member.

If you pre-registered as Staff, to Upgrade from Staff to Owner Subscription – head over to the Settings page and select Upgrade to Owner.

If you are a first time owner subsriber (paying customer), then you are welcome to use the coupon code to avail of a 10% discount on your first Yearly Subscription. The coupon does not apply to Monthly Subscription

The EFARMX Software Ecosystem works as long as you keep your subscription valid. The EFARMX Software Ecosystem will cease working as soon as your subscription expires or when you cancel your account. If you let your account Expire after the subscription cycle ends, your account will remain dormant until you renew your subscription payment cycle. If you delete your subscription, you will not have access to any entities that you have created, and you will be downgraded to a Staff Member. All of your Staff Members will be deleted as well. However, if you are registered with an other Owner Client(s) as a Staff Member, then you will still have alocated access to their entities.

You have the possibility to increase the available Staff Members by upgrading your Enterprise plan. Head over to the Settings tab and click on “Update Subscription” button. Ideally it is better to wait for a new billing cycle. Supernova plan has the feature to add more than 100 Staff, each Staff member added after 100, costs €1 per staff member per month (on the monthly plan) or €10.80 per staff member per year (on the yearly plan).

Refer to the machines user manual for the tank capacity, determine how many litres/gallons there are per digital bar read-out on the guage, if it is an anolog gauge, estimate the needle movement in fractions of litres/gallons on the dial. Install a metering gauge to your base tank or bowser tank, to compare measurements when filling your machine tank.

One gigabyte is one billion bytes, it will take a number of years to fill 10 GB of cloud data storage on a normal data harvesting basis. If the 10 GB of storage is reached, metered usage is applied thereafter of €2 per 10GB extra per year or €0.20 per month.
